As the leading prepaid program for c-stores, we have to work a little harder to stay out ahead of the industry. We have to be different. To be different we strive to understand our clients’ needs and seek to continually improve our offer with a focus on overall merchant satisfaction.
You have asked and we are listening
In efforts to offer our merchants better prepaid solutions, our provider announced enhancements to the Prepaid product effective August 1st, 2012.
Through our provider partners, Prineta is very pleased to be able announce:
- New Product Amounts, and
- New International Mobile Network Top Ups with more denominations/amounts available
NO NEW TERMINAL DOWNLOADS for products that are currently on the terminals.
With these enhancements and regular program grooming there are some products that will be discontinued. These new changes will be made available to all current clients August 1st, 2012.
New Product Amounts
We will now have more denominations/amounts available for products already on your terminal:
New International Mobile Network Top UpsCustomers can directly top up funds to overseas phones using real time recharge (RTR). Countries and plans supported are: Variable load amount products:
Fixed amount products:
There is a $1 fee for customers associated with international top ups and taxes are applied to both the load amount and fee. Please note – these products are real time top ups (RTR) so you will enter in your customers phone number during the transaction. The following are instructions on how to process these transactions:
