For customers who user our transaction processing there is absolutely no markup on the ATM we sell you. You read that correctly – we do not make even a dime from selling you the ATM, so long as we handle your transaction processing.
Pre-Programmed
Other companies sell ATMs then make you pay wild amounts to have someone come out to the site and program the ATM for you. Or even worse, they make you figure out how to program it yourself! Don’t worry about hassling with the configuration and settings on your brand new ATM, we’ll handle that for you. Upon the purchase your new ATM, we’ll have you fill out a form specifying your preferred settings including surcharge fee, communication type, withdrawal limit amount, bill denomination type, welcome screen message and more. Once we get that information back from you we’ll have a certified GenMega ATM technician program the ATM for you, before the ATM is shipped out.
Factory Direct – Two Year Parts Warranty
Because we get our ATMs direct form the GenMega factory in Hawyard California, you can ensure that your ATM comes with GenMega’s 2-year parts warranty. If any part breaks you can ensure the part will be replaced by GenMega entirely free within a two year period. Other companies will buy the ATMs and let them sit, then sell years later for a lower price and voided warranty.
